Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: GoodieCom, based in the Netherlands.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with GoodieCom.

Agreement: any agreement between GoodieCom and the consumer.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via GoodieCom's webshop.
Article 3 – Products
GoodieCom strives to display all products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, size, or packaging may occur and do not entitle the consumer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Article 4 – Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€).

Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is finalized.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during checkout.
An order will be processed after payment has been successfully received.
Article 6 – Delivery
GoodieCom does its utmost to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
The expected delivery time is stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
Delays may occur in exceptional cases. GoodieCom is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.
After notifying your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons when the seal has been broken;

customized products;
-
products that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Article 9 – Returns
After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
Any depreciation due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be settled.
Article 10 – Warranty
GoodieCom delivers products that meet the reasonable expectations that the consumer may have of them.
If a product is defective or does not comply with the agreement, we request the consumer to contact us as soon as possible.
Article 11 – Liability
GoodieCom is only liable for direct damage to the extent that this is legally required.
GoodieCom is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect use of a product.
Article 12 – Force majeure
GoodieCom is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport problems, malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Article 13 – Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with GoodieCom's privacy policy.

Article 15 – Applicable law
All agreements between GoodieCom and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
